Important to Know

We believe that honesty and transparency are key when it comes to your well-being. We aspire to tailor each visit to your needs and specifications, so if you have any requests or concerns, please contact us.

Your spa treatments are reserved especially for you. We value your business and ask that you respect the spa's scheduling policies and the time of your provider. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. If a client has a no show or does not cancel within a timely manner the deposit will be lost as a non refundable no show fee.
